Located in the Lory Student Center, The Wellness Zone is the perfect place for anyone at CSU to enjoy a little me time. The Wellness Zone is open Monday through Friday from 9:00 am to 4:00 pm. We provide information and services for nutrition, stress management screenings, health assessments, and more. Stop in or call 491-2634.
